Terms of Services
Here “we” refer to ELOGICSOFT and “You” refer to the Client/Employer.
Overview of general, project delivery, work & payment terms
- We will send Project quotation after getting project specification, based on approval of the project from the Client’s end we will seek a formal work order from the Client.
- Our quoted price generally includes the cost for Web Design & Development unless specifically mentioned.
- The Project which we are dealing will be delivered as agreed upon this doc. Further enhancement that leads to extra work will be considered as additional work and hence timeline will be changed accordingly. Additional cost will be charged for additional works such as developing extra modules, plugins/features & functions or any other add-on services.
- Project Deadline: We are dedicated enough to meet the deadline. To meet that we expect our Clients to timely response to our emails/work updates/work queries etc. For delayed response like feedback / comments etc the Contractor will NO way responsible. Thus meeting deadline will also be effected.
- All 3rd party communication (like Contacting Web-hosting / Domain Registering company, API providers, Payment gateway company etc ) will be managed by the Client. However, we can do so at an additional price @man hour basis. This is because we have to spent a lot of time in communicating with the providers for these kind of lengthy process.
- All sort of communication will be preferred through email/chat in a documented format. Local clients can call for discussion.
- We expect a 50% upfront payment before the Project Start up. Rest on successfully completion. We will upload all files/Databases in Client’s Live server.
- If the Client don’t have domain and hosting registered, we will arrange and give best suggestions for the same. Client will pay for Domain & Web Hosting (it is a Prepaid Service i.e once you pay us we will give it a go ahead with the process). Client will choose the domain name of his choice. Once a domain is purchased it can’t be reversed/altered. However s/he can purchase another new domain at an additional cost.
- For payment: Because we are dedicated & committed to deliver on time so Client(Employer) also needs to pay in full within 10 days (including weekends and govt holidays) after the Invoice (final bill – soft copy in PDF format) is raised/submitted through email. A flat rate late fee of Rs 200/- (INR Two hundred only) per day will be charged thereafter.
- We only receive payments through Online Channels such as NEFT, Bank Transfer/Remittance, Electronic payment through Instamojo gateway (for domestic clients). You also can send payment by A/c Payee cheque mode either by deposited in any of the Bank/Branch we are tied with Or can deliver to our office address by Post. Foreign Clients can send payments through Paypal, WU, Transferwise.
- Online (remote) Technical support is Free for 90 days. Thereafter a reasonable amount will be charged based on the work & man hour involved. On-site support is chargeable as man hour basis.
- We are very much caring about our Customer’s data. We never shared your contact info, Server info to anybody not related to the project. However we can show the work/URL as reference of our past work in our Portfolio.
- Contractor will not responsible for Work hindrance due to Natural disasters like earth quake, flood, Plague, famine, pestilence, epidemic, fire, storm,power supply disruption, Govt imposition or any cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control.
This TOS document is written on today (the Current datetime at viewers’ timezone) and is currently effected. Any legal matters if arises will be settled in Kolkata, West Bengal jurisdiction only. Elogicsoft.com has full rights to change/re-write/edit the TOS anytime without any prior notice whatsoever.
